Comprehensive College Plan
The Comprehensive College Plan covers all aspects of the admission process and keeps us involved until the student is admitted and has made a final college decision.
Provide an overview of the college application process
Conduct student and parent interviews and questionnaires
Provide personality and career assessments
Review academic record, including high school transcript and standardized test results
Assist in selection of high school academic courses
Assist in selection and timing of ACT/SAT and test prep options
Review and recommend extracurricular and summer activities
Assess student’s college criteria to identify college preferences, both academic and social
Provide access to College 101 Admissions Consultants’ Family Portal. Our portal is a licensed software program, that helps your student schedule testing, research colleges, and track applications
Develop an initial list of potential colleges
Advise on school visits and admission interviews
Guide students in creating a final list of 10 – 12 Colleges
Assist with Common Application essay and 3 additional supplemental essays. This includes brainstorming exercises, essay draft support, final review, and assist student with final edits
Review and edit activity resume
Provide and maintain a timeline for completing admission applications and follow-up procedures
Discuss scholarship and financial aid
Assist with final college decisions
